Application Process

Our online platform offers a simple and streamlined process for obtaining your J-1 Visa. When you choose Intrax as your sponsor, you will benefit from our experience in the cultural exchange industry and our relationships with the U.S. Department of State and Embassies all over the world. We are committed to staying informed of all regulations and policies that may affect your ability to obtain a J-1 Visa and we will share our knowledge and expertise with you so that you will be as informed and prepared as possible for your visa interview.

Begin Application

Register online

Upload documents

Upload the required application documents in your Intrax online portal.

Payment

Intrax will send an invoice by email to you (or your agency, if applicable).

Complete video modules

Watch the Intrax orientation video and complete our Intrax orientation module.

Verification process

If you are eligible for the J-1 Visa, your Intrax coordinator will send you the information you need to schedule your visa interview at your nearest U.S. Embassy.

Finalize documents

When you receive your documents from Intrax for electronic signature, make sure you thoroughly review all pages, including the "Host School Information" section, before signing. Intrax will send you a digital copy of your DS-2019 if your application is approved.
